- Assist the patient in understanding, accepting and following therapeutic diet as prescribed by physician
Assist patient with personal care, meal preparation, ambulation and exercise under professional supervision.
Assist patient to deal with swallowing and speech difficulties, which may have been impaired following illness or injury.
Assist patient to deal with social emotional and financial factors related to illness. Assist patient to access community resources.
Assist patient in developing wholesome activities and fine motor skills and facilitate maximum self care to enable patients to reach maximum potential.
Provide therapeutic exercises related to a specific loss of function. Provide training for safe mobility and transfers from one level surface to another and for utilization of adaptive equipment and assistive device used in Activities of Daily Living.
